4ID Association's Funds
The ‘Put the Green back into the IVY’ Fund supports the ongoing outreach of the Association, to preserve the proud history of the 4th Infantry Division, support the 4th Infantry Division’s “All In” initiatives to recognize outstanding Soldiers and to sponsor awards and ceremonies in the name of the National 4th Infantry (IVY) Division Association, and support the Membership through the website, the annual calendar, and other special projects.
The 2025Ivy Calendar is the 15th calendar we have produced as our annual fund-raising project. There are several important themes in this year’s Calendar; the continuation of monthly pictures of WWII events leading up to Victory Europe “VE-Day”, on May 8th, the 50th Anniversary of the end of the Vietnam War, on April 30, 2025, and the 250th Birthday of the US Army June 14, 2025.
The proceeds from the 2025 IVY Calendar fund raiser will benefit the ‘Scholarship Trust Fund’ providing Memorial and Legacy Educational opportunities, a key Association mission objective.
Your generous calendar donations have allowed us to support our Active-duty Soldiers, family members and complete other Association projects as needed.Thank you for this continued support.
Enjoy your 2025 calendar and celebrate the proud 107+ year history of the 'Ivy' Division every day of the year.
Since 1968 the Educational Scholarship Trust Fund has assisted the children of fallen 4ID soldiers with money to further their education. The fund has continued since the completion of the Vietnam era children, by supporting the children of our membership through Legacy Scholarships, and now with a new responsibility to assist the children of the newest generation of fallen 4ID soldiers through the E.R. Smith Memorial Scholarship.
The National 4th Infantry Division Association Monument Fund in conjunction with the American Battle Monuments Commission supports the long-term care and maintenance of foreign war monuments that mark the significant battles of the division. The Association also places wreaths at these monuments to commemorate the significant dates in the history of the 4th Infantry Division.
We recently upgraded the landscaping around the Utah Beach monument in Normandy, cleaning the monument, repairing the joints with new grout, and repainting the chain around the base of the monument.
Please be generous in supporting this important mission of the Association.
Donations made to the former Mountain Post Layette program will now be channeled through the ‘Green in The Ivy Fund’ to assist in several Soldier support programs at Fort Carson in the name of the National 4th Infantry (IVY) Division Association.
