Regular Veteran, Memorial and Associate Memberships entitle you to all the benefits of membership, including mailed printed copies of the Ivy Leaves Magazine, except for digital E-Ivy Veteran memberships, access to the membership directory, membership in the chapter of your choice, access to reunions and much more! Memorial Memberships are 'Legacy Memberships' for family members of fallen soldiers and deceased 4IDA Veterans. Associate Memberships are available to friends of the 4th Infantry Division.

Two categories of Life Memberships are available to individuals who qualify for Regular Veteran Memberships – E-Life Veteran Membership and Veteran Life Memberships.

E-Life Veteran Memberships are Electronic Association Memberships. E-Life Memberships can be purchased On-Line for one hundred twenty-five dollars ($125.00). E-Life Veteran Memberships are available to any Soldier or Veteran who are eligible for regular membership in the Association and include: On-Line access to the ‘Members Only’ pages, including access to the Ivy Leaves magazine, On-Line Membership Directory search, and membership in the chapter of your choice and all other Association benefits for Life. The E-Life Veteran Memberships may be purchased on the Website Only.

Veteran Life Memberships include the printed and mailed copy of the ‘Ivy Leaves’ magazine, chapter membership, and all Association benefits for Life. The cost is based on your current age at time of purchase and may be purchased On-Line by clicking the appropriate 'Life Membership' age bracket below or by completing and mailing the required form with your check to the N4IDA Executive Director at the address on the form. Fees for Veteran Life Memberships are set forth in Article VIII, Section VII (b) of the N4IDA Constitution.‍
