Veteran Memberships
All persons who, at any time, honorably served in or were attached to the Fourth Infantry Division are eligible for regular membership. Veteran Memberships are auto-renewing one-year memberships with your choice of mailed or electronic delivery of the ‘Ivy Leaves’ magazine. Veteran Memberships include access to the ‘Members Only’ pages, current and past issues of the 'Ivy Leaves' magazine, Membership Directory search, and membership in the chapter of your choice and all other Association benefits.
Regular Annual Veteran Memberships ($20) - includes mailed delivery of the ‘Ivy Leaves’ magazine.
‍Regular Annual E-Ivy Veteran Memberships ($15) - includes electronic delivery of the ‘Ivy Leaves’ magazine.

‍Memorial Legacy Membership ($20)
Surviving spouses, parents, children and siblings of persons who served in the Fourth Infantry Division Association or in units assigned or were attached to the Fourth Infantry Division, who would, by virtue of such service, have been eligible for regular membership in this Association if living, shall be eligible for memorial legacy membership in this Association upon payment of the same annual fees as are paid by regular members. Memorial Legacy Memberships include mailed delivery of the ‘Ivy Leaves’ magazine and all other Association benefits.

Associate Membership ($20)
Any person interested in perpetuating the proud history of the Fourth Infantry Division and not otherwise eligible for regular membership in this Association, may become an associate member of this Association upon payment of the same annual fees as are paid by regular members. Associate Memberships include mailed delivery of the ‘Ivy Leaves’ magazine and all other Association benefits.

Active-Duty Soldiers Membership ($10.00) - includes electronic delivery of the ‘Ivy Leaves’ magazine, On-Line access to the ‘Members Only’ pages, current and past issues of the 'Ivy Leaves' magazine, Membership Directory search, and membership in the chapter of your choice and all other Association benefits. Active-Duty Soldiers who want mailed delivery of the ‘Ivy Leaves’ magazine should choose the Regular Veteran Membership.

Two categories of Life Memberships are available to individuals who qualify for Regular Veteran Memberships – E-Life Veteran Membership and Veteran Life Memberships.

E-Life Veteran Memberships ($125) are Digital Memberships. E-Life Memberships can be purchased On-Line only. E-Life Veteran Memberships are available to any Soldier or Veteran who are eligible for regular membership in the Association and include: On-Line access to the ‘Members Only’ pages, the 'Ivy Leaves' magazine, Membership Directory search, and membership in the chapter of your choice and all other Association benefits for Life.

Veteran Life Memberships include the printed and mailed copy of the ‘Ivy Leaves’ magazine, chapter membership, and all Association benefits for Life. The cost is based on your current age at time of purchase and may be purchased On-Line by clicking the 'Life Membership' link or by completing and mailing the required form with your check to the N4IDA Executive Director at the address on the form. Fees for Veteran Life Memberships are set forth in Article VIII, Section VII (b) of the N4IDA Constitution.

While applicants may send in their initial monies, membership in the National Fourth Infantry Division Association remains contingent on the applicant's meeting the criteria for membership in the Association.

Multiple Chapter Memberships are available for twenty dollars ($20.00) each and Secondary Chapter Memberships are available for five dollars ($5.00) for those Regular or National Members who may want to have an additional membership in a unit chapter and a geographic chapter.
